I'm Matt Randall and I do this work because I want people to live longer, healthier lives. I started my professional career as a teacher after getting my Master's in Curriculum & Teacher Education from Stanford. I now use that knowledge to design individualized programs for each client.
I love to introduce people to new ways to exercise. Barbell bench presses are great, but there are so many pieces of equipment and ways to have fun and reach your goals. Depending on what you like, we may work with kettlebells, clubs, maces, ropes, tires, or bands. One client loved basketball, so we met at the park and his workouts included full-court layups and passing drills.
I specialize in working with clients who are a bit older than the average gym-goer. My clients like working with me because I understand what it means to wake up feeling old and still get the results I want. I work with you to figure out what you can and can't do safely and then we push those boundaries just a little further each time we exercise.

I have been working out with Matt during the pandemic and it is a fantastic experience. As a trainer he is skilled in designing workouts and coaching you through the movements. The workouts encompass a variety of equipment and exercises, both challenging and fun. And the sessions are very safe, outdoor, distanced, with proper sanitizing between clients. I have used personal trainers at various times and Matt and his workouts and motivation are superior to any top-notch private trainer or at any local gym that I have encountered.
